Griqoth Xaerzil invoice due date calculator
Use the Griqoth Xaerzil calculator to find out when an invoice has to be paid. Enter the invoice date, pick the payment terms, and the due date appears straight away.
The calculator works inside your browser and does not send the dates you enter.
How the calculation works
In most cases, the days in a payment term are calendar days counted from the invoice date. For example, Net 30 on an invoice dated 1 March gives a due date of 31 March. Weekends and public holidays count as normal days unless your agreement says otherwise.
Frequently used payment terms
- Due on receipt: payment falls due on the same day the invoice is dated.
- Net 7, Net 10, Net 15: the customer has 7, 10 or 15 days from the invoice date to pay.
- Net 30: a widely used term; payment is due 30 days after the invoice date.
- Net 45, Net 60, Net 90: the invoice is due 45, 60 or 90 days after it is dated.
- EOM (end of month): payment falls due on the last day of the invoice month.
- Net 30 EOM: due 30 days after the last day of the month the invoice is dated in.
Businesses do not all use EOM terms in the same way; check what your agreement says.
Due dates on a weekend
If the due date is on a weekend, some businesses count the following working day as the due date. Tick the weekend option to move a Saturday or Sunday due date to the following Monday.
